California's Central Coast |
| Anyone who has ever traveled the California Coast will tell you that the Central Coast area is second to none in it’s charm and natural beauty. Cambria, "Where The Pines Meet The Sea," is a unique small town that consists of the East and West Villages. Lacing the streets are world class restaurants, bed & breakfast nooks, and art galleries. Many people will enjoy a day visiting the Central Coast’s newest emigrants; The Northern California Elephant Seals at Piedras Blancas. During their calving season in early winter, the population nearly doubles. Other travelers will simply spend their day hiking, picnicking, or gazing at the Santa Lucia Mountains imagining what it must have been like to have been here during the romantic Rancho Era of the mid 1800's. Not a lot has changed in the area and now you can experience this enchanted coastline from the seat of a guided sea kayak tour. Enjoy scenic views only from this exciting perspective on an extremely user-friendly sit-on-top kayak. Our guides have grown up in these waters and take great pride in sharing these treasures in a safe, relaxing, and hospitable environment. All of our tours take place within the Southern end of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. The Sanctuary-protected resources include North America’s most expansive kelp forest. Our tours are suitable for every level of boater, including first-time paddlers. |
